Who We Are

We are a small group of paralyzed individuals advocating for the paralyzed.

With 40 years of combined experience living with paralysis we know the challenges of navigating life with paralysis. This journey has deeply shaped our understanding of accessibility and the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.

We want to empower people in similar situations to achieve their accessibility goals. We believe that every disabled individual deserves the opportunity to live fully and independently, and we're dedicated to help make this a reality .

Founders: Tyler and Isabel Gerace

Tyler has been living in the community as a paralyzed man since 2004. He was injured in a motor vehicle accident while driving to church one Sunday morning.

Post injury, he invented and brought to market a small line of brackets for the home theatre and consumer electronic industry and sold them internationally between 2008 to 2017.

Tyler met his wife Isabel through the care industry when she applied as a healthcare aide at the private care home he helps run and lives in.

Since meeting Tyler, Isabel has dedicated a lot of her energy towards helping people with paralysis while living with chronic pain and fatigue giving her insight and empathy for those she hopes to help.

“Disability is a matter of perception. If you can do just one thing well, you're needed by someone."
